Service was for a garage door repair. It wasn't an emergency but they came out the same day I called. And the technician even arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Tavon was professional, knowledgeable, personable and addressed the issue. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any garage door and opener needs.

I had a coupon from Precision. So, I called this morning and Tavon came at around 1pm. He was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Ended up paying more than I had expected but realize that it was fair for what needed to be replaced after 12 years. I would certainly recommend Precision. Thank you!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Tayvon was the most respectful person I’ve met in a very long time. He explained & looked over my entire garage doors. He wasn’t pushy on making me get the service but told me what I needed. What I liked was you had a choice of the best, better or good. Called your shop late yesterday morning. Was told tech would arrive between 3:30 & 7:30. Charles was at the house at around 4:15. He was finished installing a new opener assembly and on his way by 6:30. Great job Charles, I highly recommend your company.

Tavon provided prompt, excellent customer service and work on our garage door after the spring broke. He walked me through his service proposal and I felt very confident with his recommendations. It was so convenient to book an online appointment before their office opened and have a technician come out within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment window.
